Two-component structural adhesives
The EPX system is one of the simplest methods currently available for dispersive two-component adhesives.
It consists of duo-pack cartridges, mixing nozzles and an applicator gun. The EPX system eradicates the complications of measuring and mixing adhesives with hardeners accurately, critical to achieving product performance.
By simply fixing the nozzle onto the cartridge and slipping it into the applicator, the EPX system is ready for use in seconds.
Key Advantages
• Avoids hand mixing and any resulting errors
• Bonds many materials
• Joins and seals in one operation
• Provides galvanic corrosion resistance on metals
• Reduces waste
The EPX system enables bonding operations to be carried out quickly and with precision.
The use of precisely controlled two-component structural adhesives assure high-performance assemblies.
Scotch-Weld structural adhesives are used throughout sign-making- for example in attaching stiffeners, bonding letters and in sign box construction.
It allows for improved appearance and durability without the constraints of unsightly mechanical fastenings. |
