FineCal: In-House Support

We don’t profess to be experts in servicing or fixing everything, but we do have the facilities to be able to help out and offer advice if you’re stuck.Our engineer’s main task is to maintain printing equipment that we have in FineCal labels and because a considerable amount of tools and knowledge has built up over the years, we help customers out either on a ad-hoc basis (when you need us – we’ll be there) or on a regular annual contract arrangement. Our current list is:-

• We are recognised by ITW as the main service & repair centre for Strapping Tools.
• We are the official 3M installers & servicing agents for 3M Case Sealing Equipment.
• We are authorised SunChemical installers and maintainance of  Screen Print Benches / Dryer Units

So if you’re a customer of ours and run into difficulties with equipment (we say NO to computers hardware) and are stuck, then please ask. If you’re not a customer but see this anyway, then call us – you never know! If we can’t physically help out, our engineer may be able to offer advice and recommend one of our contacts.
