We pride ourselves on our attention to quality and always try to get all things ‘just so’. We can make slip-ups on occasions (we’re only human after all)  but by and large we do get things right FIRST TIME. Our target is zero – no complaints; no non-conformances; and each year we continue to see progress towards our goal.

We were certified in 1992 where we added to our MOD approval BS5750. During the intervening years we’ve progressed and currently are accredited to ISO9001:2008. However it doesn’t stop there, FineCal has introduced a combined system where the various disciplines  of Quality, Health & Safety and Environment, have been brought together so that risks and methods can be properly assessed together enabling improved synergy and minmising risks helping us to become more effective. Ask for our Group Quality Pack  at  quality@finecal.co.uk . Here you will see our policies, family chart, certificates and approvals as well as more details about our Group. We find this pack very successful as it does assist and assure customers who have to assess Finecal as a supplier.
