Extra strong tape stops breakages and allows advertising at the same time.
	For some while, this printer has been using printed tape from FineCal. However although there was a need to consolidate packaging and transport costs, one area was really causing concern; goods arriving at their destination were arriving damaged
“It was not the fault of the tape or the cartons we use” remarked Mark Sly, Production manager for Magenta Print & Display “I think it was just down to not appreciating the vulnerability of heavier loads”. Indeed out of the question was just wrapping more tape around the box, as Mark further added that it would just look a mess.

We suggested filament as an alternative due to its re-inforced yarns making it impossible to tear or split unless you used some cutting device. Filament also has the benefit of being tough even on sharp packaging corners also acting as an additional safety feature. Moreover we were able to recommend a filament material that could be printed upon thus satisfying Magenta’s need to promote their name to the full.

So now, Magenta enjoy the best from both worlds in that depending on the product to be shipped, there is a choice of printed tape. Both graphics are bold and reflects the quality of the printed material that the customer will find within.
