Pallet Film
Mini Roll (Clear)		Mini-rolls convenient for small bundling, keeping out any debris, protecting products or for holding temporarily items during assembly. Gauge: 17 & 20µ	100mm wide x 150m long
Blown Film Standard or with Extended Core. (Black,Blue, Clear)		A quality film ideal for general palletising and use within deep-freeze storage. It’s resistant to tears and punctures and tacky on both sides. This ensures initial grip before the wrapping process and enhances stability during transit. Gauge: 14 to 34µ	400 or 500mm wide  x 200 or 300m long
Cast Film Standard or Extended Cores (Clear)		A strong film that’s very clear enabling easy identification of pallet contents. Due to is make-up, the film will stick to itself and not to neighbouring pallets reducing risks of mishaps during transit. Gauge: 14 to 34µ Non-shop product but easily available to order. Prestretch Coreless(Clear)		An ‘Optimized’ film which requires no pulling or stretching during the wrapping process. It retracts on itself gently like an elastic band to secure the load. Whilst wrapping, there’s less risk of back injuries etc as much less pull has to be applied. And being coreless, less weight and no waste right down to the end. Easy to insert re-usable spindle handles. Gauge: 7µ.	390mm wide x 600m long
Prestretch Extended  (Black*, Clear)		A film that’s coreless and fully recyclable.  This is a tough product that also pays dividends in amount of pallets achieved per roll. Use with re-usable EasiFix® inserts. Gauge: 8 & 9µ* (Black only).	390 or 430mm wide  x 300, 500 or 600m long
Silver / Gold Stretchable  (Clear)		An extruded polyethylene that’s highly stretchable. Has in-built elastic recovery to ensure secure pallets. Gauge: 12µ (Silver), 14µ (Gold).	400mm wide x 300m long
High Yield (Clear)		Similar to blown film but has inbuilt features which produce a tougher product. Differential surface cling enables a good grip to the goods themselves whilst pallets stacked together retains a grip but can easily be prized apart. Excellent results and quality wraps. Gauge: 12µ. Dispensers
BWR Bow Wrapper		Use with standard Blown or Cast pallet films. The shape helps to provide ease of use as it redirects the tension needed through the bow and away from the operator. A plus for Health & Saftey. For core sizes: 38 & 50mm	For 400 & 500mm wide films	N/A
Coreless Dispenser		A re-usable accessory that’s simple to load into Coreless pallet film. It becomes the integral core supporting the film and makes wrapping so much easier. Well constructed, comfortable to use without the risk of finger-burn.	390 or 430mm long	N/A
Mini Dispenser		Designed solely for use with the mini-rolls. A simple to load and user friendly applicator. The top supports securely the roll. It has a partly spread static spindle that grips the film core to ensure controlled wrapping.	For 100mm wide films only	N/A
Upright Dispenser		Fully adjustable metal dispenser with an easy use twist grip handle. This tool contains a friction free ball-bearing core support for smooth operation during wrapping process. For core sizes: 38 & 50mm	For 300 to 500mm wide films	N/A
