Our machines all give a consistency in wrap and take away many health and safety risks associated with wrapping pallets by hand.
Power Pre-stretch equipment in particular can dramatically reduce the cost of wrapping as it maximisies the yield of the pallet film.
Turntable wrappers we provide are cost-effective solutions for many applications. Separate pallet loads are placed on the turntable plate which spins up to 15rpm. Meanwhile the film is housed in a tower and the support spindle moves vertically  as the film is pulled onto the pallet giving an even wind to the stack. Up to 25 pallets per hour is possible dependant on the height.

 

Power Pre-stretch machines optimizes the stretch film to give controlled yields before the load is wrapped. Similar to simple turntable versions, there is an extra series of gearing rollers which pre-stretches the film. This is particularly beneficial because it refrains ‘neck-downs’ i.e. so that film doesn’t narrow and retains its width.

 

Mobile wrappers allow you to take the equipment to the pallet to give more flexibility on your shopfloor. A simple fork-lift type apparatus is fronted with the pallet wrapper which contains a wrapping spindle. This rotates the film around the stack very efficiently and can be used with hand sized pallet films.

 

Wall mounted machinery needs no turntable. It contains a support spindle on a horizontal arm that holds film as it winds around the stack. This version of pallet wrappers allows you to have a semi- automated process with the added advantage that you can use hand pallet films instead.

 

Orbital wrappers are made to faciltate long or non-symmetric products that cannot be easily palletized. Either automatic or semi-automatic versions (controlled with a foot pedal) are available. Window frames, greenhouse parts or tubes are ideal candidates for this process and provides full protection to products prior to transportation.
