Poly Strength Polythene Packaging We supply quality polythene products from sheets and rolls to polythene bags - both plain and printed.  We expect our manufacturing partners to remain abreast of latest developments in polymers to ensure excellent product ranges and as environmentally friendly as technology will allow.
Polythene Bags - FineCal offers a range of Light, Medium and Heavy duty gauged bags  manufactured from low density polyethylene.  Our bags are used for Agriculture, Commerce, Food & Drink, Garden Centres, Hospitals & Medical Centres, Cleanroom environments, Electronics manufacturing, Parts shipping, Mail order etc.
We also keep Grip Seal bags in plain or with write-on panels, both are approved for food use. We stock:-

  • Light & Medium Bags - Gauges up to 250g. Ideal for lighter weighted items. They protect the contents from dirt, dust and moisture and are available in a many sizes.
  • Heavy Duty Polythene Bags – Gauges up to 500g. These are constructed in thicker films that offer protection from sharp edged products.  Possessing extra strong seams aids tear resistance. You can have optional bottom welds for additional strength. Gussetted versions for housing additional volumes also kept.
  •  Grip Seal Bags - transparent re-sealable bags that can be re-used again & again.  Available with write on panels too where specific contents or instructions may need to be recorded. Gauges up to 500g.

Refuse Bags - Gauges up to 180g. Black refuse bags for the collection of mixed rubbish (dry or wet) available in various gauges to suit types of contents and collection policy.

Layflat tubing - a useful form of protective packaging. Suitable for asymmetric or awkard or elongated items that are not simple to pack. Easy to fold over the ends and use packing tape or staples or heat seal equipment.
