FineCal’s portfolio offers various consumable materials that have proved their popularity again and again. In despatch areas from pure distribution to more in depth industries, we have materials (including Anti-static) that suit all users.

• Bubble Wrap - a flexible, tear-resistant, transparent, plastic packaging material. The air filled bubbles provide protection against shock, vibration, bouncing and water damage. Available in Anti-Static too.
• Bubble Bags – plain bubble bags with a self seal strip ideal for protecting the product before being placed into boxes.
• Foam Rolls -  low-density polyethylene extruded to form thousands of tiny cells, each one full of air and combining with neighbouring cells to form a non cross linked foam.
• Pallet Covers – a range of sizes are available to fit over the top of pallets.  They are very helpful to prevent boxes from getting wet or to prevent dust from getting onto finished product.
• Polythene Protective Film (single wound and centre folded) – this is available as a general purpose film for protection against dust whilst in storage or as a heat shrinkable polythene to protect products during transit.
• PVC Heat Shrink Film – this product is suitable for most types of packaging. It enhances the pressentation of your product whether it be a game, toy or DVD.
• Polyolefin Heat Shrink Film - a similar type of film to PVC but with better temperature tolerance when used through heat shrink machines.
• Air Pillows – an economical way of void filling areas around your product.  One roll af air cushioned pilows produces 4.8 cubic metres of void fill.  This equates to 5 rolls of bubble or 10 sacks of loose fill chips.
• Jiffy (Pactiv) machines -branded product designed to produce different sizes and styles of Air Pillows all adaptable to various speeds to suit you. 
• Heat Shrink is a film with high clarity and gloss. These films incorporate semi-rigid Pvc, co-extruded polypropylene or polyester. For overwraps we can supply Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films and can be formulated to shrink, enhancing the final pack presentation.
• Heat shrink machines & heat shrink guns for use with Polythene, Polyolefin and PVC shrink films are available from us.
• Void fillers are the loose solution to protect and cushion products during transit. Available in polystyrene or environmentally friendly green-fill, these are the simple answers to packaging security.
• Wrapping papers encompass general kraft products in sheet or rolls, corrugated roll alternatives version that provides cushioning particularly to very large and bulky products. Added too this we include anti rust papers that have inbuilt properties to protect bare metal parts.
•  Document Enclosed Envelopes are self adhesive water resisitant protective envelopes for affixing documents to cartons prior to onward transit.
• Pallet & Carton Labels are produced by FineCal and have highly identifiable warning texts onto aggressive high tack adhesive materials. 
• Hang Tabs are the convenient solution for shop and shelf displays.
