Very low viscosity clear ethyl cyanoacrylate formulated for sticking anyt plastics and rubbers. Will bond other common substrates but will be a slower cure on acidic based materials such as paper or leather. Can be post-applied to pre-assembled parts. Typical part-cure: 2-20 sec.
