Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We will not accept returns on items, unless deemed faulty. Faulty goods need to be returned to us as soon as possible, we will then send back to the manufacturer for testing. If confirmed the products are faulty we may issue a refund. 

If you would like to return an item, please ring us on 0117 971 1111 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will accept a return on products purchased. We will not accept returns on any opened or used products unless damaged or faulty. 

Non-Stocked Items

If the manufacturer will accept a return, then non-stocked items may incur a fee if sent back to the manufacturer. All specially obtained non catalogue products are subject to the relevant manufacturers' carriage at cost; delivery lead times will be advised at point of order. 

We implement a strict non returnable policy for specially obtained non-catalogue products. We cannot receive opened goods.

Items must be returned within 14 days from receiving the product if they wish to return. This is due to certain products having a shorter shelf life and needing to be sent back to manufacturer.

Damages

Upon delivery obvious signs of damage must be detailed on the receipt note or driver's paperwork. FineCal must be informed within 24 hours in the unlikely event of damaged or short deliveries. Please note all received goods must be signed for. Therefore, please ensure someone is available upon receipt of goods to provide a signature.

Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged items but we would request you inform our Customer Services on 0117 911 1111 immediately.

Extra

Please notify us of any damages as soon as possible. We can accept returns on stock items for a handling fee. We may be able to accept returns on items that have been specially ordered in for you (excluding non-catalogue products), for a handling charge and subject to supplier.
