Choosing The Delivery Option That’s Right For You
Here at FineCal, we want to make our delivery service as flexible as possible.
Please note that the next day delivery service is only for stocked items. Please get in touch to check whether we have stock of an item before purchasing.
Free Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £75 ex. VAT. Mainland UK only and excludes special delivery requirements and non stocked products.
Orders below £75 are subject to a delivery charge of £9.00 (incl. VAT).
Local Next Day Delivery
We offer a local next day delivery service to all BS & CF postcodes for products that are in stock – please check with our sales team to ensure we have stock as our website stock availability is not live – [email protected].
National Two-Day Delivery Service
We use a national courier, with a standard two-day delivery service for orders placed and processed before 2 pm. (Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may take longer). Normal next day service excludes Weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched Monday.

International Delivery
We no longer deliver outside of the UK. All pricing is Ex-Works and can be collected.
Non-Stocked Items
All specially obtained non catalogue products are subject to the relevant manufacturers’ carriage at cost; delivery lead times will be advised at point of order.
We implement a strict non-returnable policy for specially obtained non-catalogue products.

Excluded Products*
Bulk products such as bubble wrap, corrugated rolls, layflat tubing (36”) and foam wrap are excluded from delivery outside of our local delivery area due to bulk and cost implications. Please speak with our Customer Service on 0117 971 1111 if you require further clarification.

Delivery Policy
Upon delivery, obvious signs of damage must be detailed on the receipt note or driver’s paperwork. FineCal must be informed within 24 hours in the unlikely event of damaged or short deliveries. Please note all received goods must be signed for. Therefore please ensure someone is available upon receipt of goods to provide a signature.
Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged items but we would request you inform our Customer Services on 0117 911 1111 immediately.
