This year will see the 13th edition of the Advanced Engineering Exhibition, with a focus on celebrating innovation, collaboration and sustainability with the engineering and manufacturing industries.

The Advanced Engineering exhibition this year boasts 7 show zones, 4 forums, 1000's of engineering professionals and pver 400+ cutting edge exhibitors.

Being the UK's leading anual advanced manufacturing and supply chain event, it is the perfect opportunity to explore new innovative products and discover great new companies, such us as at FineCal!

Our Innovation Trail Product!

We are pleased to share the news that 3M's Structural Adhesive DP8910NS has been identified as an innovative product and will be featured on the Exhibitions Innovation Trail!

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Nylon Bonder Structural Adhesive DP8910NS is a black, non-sag, non-flammable, toughened, two-part structural acrylic adhesive that provides a structural bond to polyamides (nylon) without the need for extensive surface preparation such as plasma or flame treatment. 8910 also has excellent bond strength to aluminum, stainlesss steel and other other metals commonly joined to plastic substrates. This structural adhesive provides good resistance to high and low temperatures, humidity and salt spray environments. It is a fast curing adhesive with quick time to handling strength, while delivering excellent flexibility and impact strength.

The Key Points:

Structurally bonds to nylon (polyamides) without the need for extensive surface preparation such as plasma or flame treatment
Excellent adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel and other metals that are commonly joined to nylon
Excellent high temperature performance at 85°C (185°F) and elevated humidity environments
Enhanced flexibility, elongation and impact strength
10 minute work life with 23 minutes to structural strength
Contains 250 micron (0.010 inch) spacer beads to control bond line thickness
