FineCal and Moldex:

Moldex was founded in California in 1980 and initially only produced dust masks. Moldex Europe followed five years later and right from the start, the high level of user-friendliness of their products seperated them from the competition. Fast forward to 2022, the Moldex Europe range now includes:

The Moldex Range: M-Series Earmuffs

The new M-Series Earmuffs have an appealing and stylish look, the high quality materials and a seamless workmanship make these ear muffs robust and durable. Extremely soft Foam Air-Cushions as well as low contact pressure ensure high wearer comfort.

The Moldex Range: Respiratory Masks

At FineCal, we now stock the FFP2, FFP3, FFA23P ranges as well as several more. The video shows some of the advantages of the Moldex Classic Mask. The flexible ActivForm 3D design adapts automatically to the shape of the wearers face and their facial movements. The classic masks are easy to wear and sit securely and comfortably on the skin at all times, without the need for a nose clip. The DuraMesh structure preserves the shape of the mask under even the most testing conditions, while a soft, skin-friendly inner fleece layer provides additional comfort for the wearer.

The Moldex Range: Earplugs

Moldex supply a wide range of earplugs varing from Wave Bands (as shown in the video) to standard reusable ear buds and dispenser stations.

The advantage of the Wave Band is that it can easily be removed and then replaced back into the ear without the need for touching the buds and creating mess on them. Furthermore, this reduces waste as you do not need to replace the ear buds with fresh new ones thanks to the Jazz Band hanging around the neck.

Moldex also offer a range of ear bud dispensers and wall mounts.

All 2022 model PlugStations can be opened and refilled with the new Refill Packs saving 92% plastic waste with each refill.
PlugStation earplug dispensers put plugs at the centre of your workforce. Plugs remain hygienic and are dispensed one at a time.

The all new sensor-controlled, battery-operated dispenser distributes one pair of earplugs at a time. They are touch-free, for maximum hygiene. Take a look in the video to the right.

Contains 500 pairs of Moldex MelLows earplugs SNR 22.
The mounting bracket comes separately and is needed for all PlugStations (7060 with screw fixings or 7061 with strong magnets)
Earplugs are tested and certified to EN 352-2:2002. Moldex 7650 MelLows® Foam Earplugs are for use where noise is harmful but on a lower level.
